By installing or using Lead Sherlock (the “Service”), you agree to this Terms & Conditions agreement (the “Terms”) on behalf of your organization. If you do not agree, you must uninstall the app and discontinue use.

Lead Sherlock connects to your HubSpot portal via OAuth scopes you approve. You are responsible for safeguarding HubSpot credentials and limiting access to authorized teammates.

You must ensure that any usage complies with HubSpot’s marketplace policies and all applicable laws.

New accounts receive a 7-day premium trial starting at installation. After the trial, continued access to premium features requires an active subscription as described in your order form or in-app billing settings.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Changes will not retroactively affect an ongoing paid term.

You control the data synchronized from HubSpot and any additional research inputs you provide. You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

You will use the Service only for internal business purposes and will not resell, white-label, or reverse engineer it.

Contiqa retains all ownership rights in Lead Sherlock, its code, and related trademarks. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service within your HubSpot portal.

Feedback or suggestions may be used by Contiqa without obligation.

Lead Sherlock uses OpenAI and other subprocessors to generate research insights. We transmit only the minimum required data, and subprocessors are bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements.

We do not sell user data. Usage is exclusively for delivering and improving the Service.

Lead Sherlock is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contiqa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may uninstall Lead Sherlock at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your license ends and we will delete retained data pursuant to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflicts of law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, unless both parties agree to another venue.
